This year our guests of honour will include the Lord Lieutenant and High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, the Lord Mayors of Manchester, Liverpool and Chester, and the Mayor of Stockport.  Sadly the Mayor of Salford is unable to be with us due to a previous engagement.
